I start class tomorrow! I’m so excited 
I went to Orientation on the 30th at my school and got to see everyone that I’ll be taking classes with. Everyone seems really nice! We got to hear a lot more about the program and meet our advisors, etc. We also found out about some of the clinics and places we will be going in the future. It sounds like the woman who runs the program has really made something of it in the short amount of time they’ve had. Long story short…everything sounds great and I can’t wait to get started!
New Year’s Eve was pretty low key for us this year. We went to BW3′s with David Armacost & Emily Repp for dinner and then headed to their place for the evening. We played a funny game, had some drinks, and watched the New Year’s special…but we didn’t listen to it…we listened to other music and pretended the real singers were singing it. I don’t know if you watched it or not..but it was especially retarded this year. One of the singers was a boy, who couldn’t have been a day over 14 years old. Another one was a young girl who was dressed like skank…I felt like a molester watching her do her act on TV. It was really awkward for all of us…lol. I think I’m getting old…haha We went home around 1:30 and collapsed into bed.
Yesterday was pretty fun! Alex & I went to Richmond for a few hours because I had a hair appointment and we had some things to bring to Goodwill. I dyed my hair a little darker than my natural color bc I want to grown out my hair and get back to my natural color. Alex likes it..that’s all I care about. We had Little Sheba’s for lupper and headed home. Later in the evening we met up with one of Alex’s friends from college (who now lives in Buffalo, NY) at Steinkeller’s for a couple of drinks. It was sooo cold when we came home. Brrrr…
Today is a good day for me…I don’t work…and I don’t have any errands to do (except groceries later)…so right now I’m enjoying my dogs & finishing up some cleaning around the apartment. Bug is passed out on my tummy…she’s so cute. She’s been sleeping between Alex & I lately. I don’t know how she manages to wake up every morning with her life…we both toss & turn so much. I think she just likes to be with us and it’s a lot warmer than being on the floor. I imagine it’s pretty hard to stay warm when you’re a munchkin.
